100% Merlot. Grapes from our own vineyards, lying on clay soils with marine fossil residue. Vinified in cement with maceration of the skins and pumping over to extract color and tannins. Aged for 24 months in barriques of I II and III passage, in search of perfect micro-oxygenation and slight toasty hints.

The deep garnet red color is a prelude to its olfactory notes of ripe red fruits, coffee, chocolate, pepper and leather. Intense on the palate, with velvety tannins, perfectly integrated with enveloping softness, pleasant freshness and savoriness. To be carefully appreciated and paired with succulent and structured dishes.
