This happens because today the market dictates taste, and wine is forced to adapt: it changes to please, smooths out its rough edges, and loses its soul.

We are a family-run winery, tucked away in the hills of Terricciola, in the province of Pisa. Here, we have chosen a path that few take: planting 85 00 vines per hectare Not to produce more, but to produce better. Fewer grapes, greater concentration, no shortcuts.
And no, you won’t find any Chianti here.

Exactly. Because We don’t bow to regulations that dictate what wine should be like. Here, we let the vineyard and the land decide—not trends, not numbers, not market logic.
