The sparkling wine of L’agona, 100% Chardonnay, 65 months on the lees. Bright golden, of fine and persistent perlage, with fragrant olfactory notes of peach, jasmine, candied fruit and pastry, silky and eternally persistent. Ideal to combine with aged cheeses, risottos and structured seafood dishes.
