100% Sangiovese. Grapes from our vineyards, lying on clayey soils with marine fossil residues. Vinified in concrete tanks with maceration of the skins and pumping over to extract color and tannins. Aged for 24 months in barriques of I, II and III passage and one year in the bottle, looking for to the perfect micro oxygenation and taste complexity.
The lively garnet red color is the prelude to its olfactory notes of violet, fresh red fruits, in particular cherry and raspberry, light toasted and balsamic notes. Powerful on the palate, with juicy tannins, charismatic acidity and pleasant savouriness.
A wine for demanding palates, looking for the full satisfaction of their senses. The label is inspired by the somatic features of a presumptuous, which represent the superb and sophisticated character attributed to the wine, a product dedicated to excellence, to be tasted now and in ten years.
